xtManageChild(+WidgetName)
intrinsicsのXtManageChild()と同様の働きをします。
親widgetの管理リスト中に１個のwidgetを含めます。親widgetは、表示管理を行えるコンテナwidgetでなければなりません。これによってwidgetが見えるようになります。詳細については、toolkit intrinsicsを参照して下さい。
