XmSelectionBoxGetChild()と同様の働きをします。
ChildSpec(dialog_apply_button, dialog_cancel_button, dialog_default_button, dialog_help_button, dialog_list, dialog_list_label, dialog_ok_button, dialog_selection_label, dialog_separator, dialog_text, dialog_work_area)によって指定された子を取得します。
widget_expected WidgetNameがwidgetの名前でない
selectionBox_widget_expected WidgetNameはセレクションボックスwidgetでなければならない
illegal_child_specifier ChildSpecが上記のいずれでもない
