Use reflection to access Java programs on-the-fly.

This example (configured as a standalone) shows how to

• access Java class
• access Java method definitions
• declare corresponding MINERVA data structures
• use these just as built-in predicates or user supplied programs

The example uses strings and arrays for illustration.
