| Retrieve all elements of a blackboard.
bb_elements(+Board, -Vector)
bb_elements/2 retrieves all values from the key/value tuples
in the blackboard Board and stores them in a newly created
term vector. Vector will be unified with the resulting term
vector. The order in which the elements are stored in the term vector
is not defined.
