入力-/出力ストリームを閉じる。
close(+ストリーム)
close/1 は、入力ストリーム あるいは、出力ストリームであるストリームを閉じる。 もし、ストリーム が出力ストリームならば、出力ストリームのバッファは、そのストリームを閉じる前にフラッシュされる。
