| IF Computer has developed WeaveWeb, Management and Generation tool for large web sites,
based on
MINERVA .
WeaveWeb is an example of MINERVA server side application.
From easy to prepare plain text files, WeaveWeb generates a tightly
hyper-linked set of HTML files, ready for publishing.
WeaveWeb is provided as ASP service.
For an example of a multi-lingual (English, German, Japanese) commercial
Internet web site maintained with WeaveWeb, see the IF Computer web site
http://www.ifcomputer.com .
Document source is plain text
All internal hyper-links are generated
Page design is defined in seperate files
Authors are allowed to provide materials in plain text, pre formatted
HTML and normal graphic file formats like GIF and JPEG.

From the source file above, a HTML page below, for example, is produced.
Detailed internal hyper-links including a table of contents, index, navigation
as well as orientation are generated at the same time.

Various HTML pages to different presentation media with different
design and layout are generated from the same source file:
In the example below, HTML
files for PC browser, those for PDA and those using
Microsoft Agent to speak out the contents
The object HTML files are reproduced using design configuration
file. Therefore on the adaption of new design,
long existing contents are converted into HTML files with new design.
